Text Formatting
Use Auto-fit when text is too long for its field. Turning permission off restores original text formatting. Form structure and multiline flags stay as defined by the author.

Output & Compatibility
Flattening makes all supported fields static and is difficult to reverse. It is unavailable while unsupported or signature fields remain. Flattening and deleting fields are not redaction and may leave original values in PDF objects.
Original page dimensions, rotation, text, images, bookmarks, and non-widget annotations are retained by editing the source AcroForm directly. Changed fields receive standard supported appearances with self-hosted fonts. Review the saved PDF for font/layout compatibility.
No persistent autosave. Download before closing or refreshing this page.

Saving your form locally
Files and field values stay on this device. Only fixed application modules download. No database, no document upload, no persistent form autosave.
