Cara menggunakan Organize PDF

How do I rearrange PDF pages?
Select a PDF, move pages into the order you want, and choose Save & Download PDF. Each card shows its current output position and original source page. The source document stays unchanged.
Can I organize PDF pages using drag and drop?
Yes. Drag a card by its Move handle within the visible batch. Use Arrange Selected to move multiple pages as a group, or Move to Position to rearrange pages across batches. Move Up and Down and numeric positions also work with a keyboard or touchscreen.
Can I delete or duplicate pages?
Yes. Use the card actions or select multiple pages and choose Delete Selected or Duplicate Selected. Copies have independent editing identities. Deleted pages remain in Trash and can be restored. At least one page must remain.
Can I insert pages from another PDF?
Yes. Choose Add PDF, review its local thumbnails, select pages or custom ranges, then choose an insertion position. Add Blank Page also supports nearby, A4, Letter, Legal, or custom sizes and repeated insertion after every N pages.
Will page reordering reduce PDF quality?
Pages are copied without rasterization or image recompression. Searchable text, vectors, embedded images, original resolution, page sizes, and crop boxes are preserved. File size is measured after saving and is not guaranteed to shrink. Optional numbering stamps new text.
Can I undo changes?
Yes. Undo and Redo cover page arrangement, rotation, duplication, deletion, restoration, insertions, batch actions, and output settings. History contains lightweight page plans with bounded memory; PDF binaries are kept separately. History lasts only during this page session.
Are PDF files uploaded to a server?
No. Reading, thumbnails, preview, editing, output generation, and validation run in your browser. Only fixed application assets download from RecodeX. Document contents, names, and metadata are not uploaded or sent to analytics. There is no application file-size quota; practical capacity depends on device memory and PDF complexity.
What happens to bookmarks, forms, signatures, and attachments?
Supported web links, standard annotations, and bookmarks to retained pages can be rebuilt. Bookmarks use Fit to Page destinations. Forms need explicit consent to flatten visible values. New PDFs cannot preserve the validity of existing signatures. Accessibility tags, document-level attachments, and XMP packets are not copied; detected features require confirmation. Encrypted, malformed, XFA, and unsupported layered PDFs are rejected.
Can I add page numbers or change all page sizes?
Page numbering is supported and writes real text to the result with your chosen position, alignment, format, size, and color. Existing page sizes remain unchanged. Uniform page resizing and automatic blank-page detection are marked unavailable. Blank pages can use explicitly chosen sizes.
