Explicit raster sanitization: new image-only pages, verified within the tested scope.
Mark sensitive information, review it, and create a sanitized PDF.
Explicit raster sanitization: new image-only pages, verified within the tested scope.
Review actual pages and settings. Results are checked locally before downloads appear.
No document uploads, no document database. Self-hosted modules load in the background while you choose files. Capacity follows browser memory and document complexity.
Mark regions manually or review extracted-text candidates, then explicitly select rasterized sanitization. Every visible page becomes a new masked image in a fresh PDF. Source text, hidden layers, cropped content, forms, attachments, and source metadata are not copied. Verification covers the reconstructed structure and saved marked pixels; review all pages before sharing.
Mark the visible area, review it, and confirm rasterized sanitization. The exported PDF is newly constructed from masked page pixels, with no source objects copied.
No. A normal PDF overlay can leave the original text or image underneath. Marks in this editor are temporary until Apply Redaction & Verify constructs and checks the new file.
Yes. Manual marks overwrite rendered scan pixels before fresh image-only pages are built. Hidden OCR text is not copied. OCR-assisted search is unavailable here; the separate PDF OCR tool can help create searchable source text first.
The tool checks the new structure, absence of extracted text, annotations and attachments, and rendered solid pixels inside marked areas. Tests also inspect output objects independently. This is verification within a documented scope, not a guarantee that all unmarked sensitive information was found.
Searchable text is lost, vectors become pixels, links and interactive forms are removed, and original metadata and signature validity are discarded. Each page is capped at 20 megapixels, so actual DPI may be below your setting. File size may grow. Review every output page.
