Cara menggunakan Sign PDF

Create a visual signature by drawing, typing with self-hosted fonts, or selecting a local PNG, JPEG, or WebP image. Drag, resize, rotate, and copy placements to chosen pages. This tool does not apply a certificate-based digital signature.

  1. Choose your PDF and create a signature using Draw, Type, or Upload.
  2. Add Signature to Page. Drag or resize on the actual document preview; use arrow keys or Advanced Settings for precise placement.
  3. Optional: copy a selected signature to a page range, add more placements, or include an explicit appearance label.
  4. Add Signature & Download. Source pages are copied and signature images embedded, then the PDF is validated locally.

Pertanyaan tentang Sign PDF

Can I draw my signature?

Yes. Draw using mouse or touch, change pen color and width, and undo or redo strokes. Add the resulting mark to the PDF page.

Can I upload a signature image?

Yes. PNG, JPEG, and WebP are read locally after format and dimension validation. Existing transparency is retained. Background removal is unavailable.

Is an image signature the same as a digital signature?

No. It is a visual mark and does not cryptographically prove document integrity or certificate identity. Legal acceptance depends on context; no legal equivalence or trust certification is claimed.

Does RecodeX support certificate-based signing?

Certificate-based PFX / PKCS#12 signing, certificate-chain verification, trusted timestamps, and sequential digital signatures are unavailable in this local editor. No private key is requested.
